USCFL- Wake Up America and Keep your eyes wide open on Hezbollah, Syria and Saudi Arabia.

As the war in Afghanistan moves towards an American victory, it is high time for both the Lebanese and Jewish communities in America to start tackling head to head America's foreign policy in the region.

Recently, Syria refused to freeze Hezbollah's assets and simply stated that it is none of America's business what they do in Lebanon.

Also we heard Jordan's foreign minister condemn Israel's actions in Lebanon. I found that rather amusing given how all of the Arab states sit back and watch Syria fill Lebanon with unneeded workers and allow their money master the Saudis sponsor Islamic immigration schemes that erode Lebanon's religious balance on one hand and national sovereignty on the other.

The United States cannot and simply should not accept "Farouk Shara's none of your business statement" in whatever way, shape or form because it is America's business. Will America stand back and allow Syria to dominate Lebanon for another ten years? America cannot adopt two codes of morality on the grounds that it is an Arab problem. Sharon could say that the Palestinian conflict is also none of America's business. There was recently an article about whether or not America's foreign policy was good for America, well no it is not. But that would not bother me if it only affected America. It is also not good for Palestinians, Israelis, Lebanese and even the majority of Syrians.

America has to take a much firmer stand with all sides. Whether we are talking about the Syrians, the Israelis or the master manipulators of all; the Saudis.

It would be in vain for America to continue to play good dictator versus bad dictator because all what it leads to is a renewed peace process which overtime is deteriorating further and leading to even more anti-American sentiment in the Middle East. This "vicious circle" will only allow the likes of Syria to dominate Lebanon with its " None of your business" line even more and create as time goes by much more resentment and instability in the region; not less, like we are led to believe by the entrenched "Arabist" appeasers in the US State Department.

America must use its victory to ensure progress in the Arab world rather than allowing Arab leaders to use the all sacred Arab-Israeli problem to hijack the Syrian occupation of Lebanon, Syria's harboring of terrorists, Hezbollah's involvement in global terrorism, Saudi Arabia's financing of the most radical factions of terrorists, and dare I say it human rights and other abuses throughout the entire region.
